Resolution No. SP-4877, S-2010. A Resolution amending Resolution No.SP-3940, S-2007 entitled: A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a certificate of exemption to SM Development Corporation for the construction of a tower-38 storey and 2 tower-33 storey condominium building with a 2-storey pavillion known as "Grass Residence" with Two Hundred Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Square Decimeters and (204,972.29 SQ.M) total floor area and Thirty-Nine Square Decimeters (36,002.20 SQ.M.) total lot area located at Nueva Ecija Streets, Barangay Sto. Cristo, Quezon City comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. SP-918, S-2000, as amended.

Resolution NO. SP-4881, S-2010. A Resolution ratifying the memorandum of agreement entered into by and between the Quezon City Government represented by the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. and the Sentro ng Manggawang Pilipina, Inc. Represented by it's President Ms. Rosario G. Mercader, for the use of an open space in Barangay greater Fairview, for the implementation of the Multi-Agricultural Periurban Livelihood Program (MAPULP)

Resolution No. SP-4878, S-2010. A Resolution the issuance of a certificate of exception of four (4) 24-storey mixed commercial and residential condominium buildings with roofdecks and amenities located at Mother Ignacia Avenue, Barangay South Triangle, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restriction so as to exempt from the provisions of article VI sections 4 (Traffic Generation) and 11 (F) (Height Regulation) of the Quezon City comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. SP-918, S-2000, as amended.

Resolution No. SP-4879, S-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. to negotiate for the purchase of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Six (1,326) Square Meters Land presently being used as road Right-Of-Way in Barangay Bagong Silang, Quezon City described as lot 66-C-1-B covered by transfer certificat4e of title number N-234811 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City.

Resolution No. SP-4880, S-2010. A resolution authorizing the city mayor honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte Jr, to sign and accept for and in behalf of the Quezon City Government the donation made by Mr. Harry G. Kong, owner/developer of celebrity town homes, consisting of an alley covered under transfer certificate of title no. RT-57748 (313158) located at Capitol Drive, Barangay Matandang Balara, District III, this city.
