QC Ordinances and Resolutions

Ordinance

Ordinance No. SP - 1993, S-2010. An Ordinance imposing a One Peso (P1.00) increase in Admission Fess in all cinemas in Quezon City covering the period from April 1-30, 2010. The proceeds thereof to be donated to host clubs, the Quezon City Cubao Lions Club, Quezon City Kawilihan Lions Club, Quezon City Metro Novaliches Lions Club, Pasig Host Lions Club, and San Ildefonso Lions Club, to support the holding of Lions Multiple District State Convention to be held in Quezon City.

Ordinance No. SP - 1998, S-2010. An Ordinance authorizing the sale of the Nine Hundred Sixty-two (962.00) square meter property acquired by the City through an auction sale on December 18, 2008, located at Block 26 Lot 11 A-3 Talanay, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, in favor of the bonafide members of the Batasan Hills Talanay Neighborhood Association, Inc. who are the actual occupants thereat.

Ordinance No. SP - 1999. S-2010. An Ordinance declaring a City Government owned property, acquired through public auction, covered by transfer certificate of title no. 57551 located at Barangay San Bartolome, this city, open for disposition to the bonafide residents thereat who are members of the Sampaguita Neighborhood Association, Inc. and authorizing the city Mayor to Undertake the disposition of the same, and for other purposes.

Ordinance No. SP - 2000, S-2010. An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Villa Hermano III with sixty two (62) lots containing an aggregate area of nine thousand four hundred decimeters (9,472.76 SQ.M.) Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 30668 of Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, as applied for by Maryjane P. Villarosa, President and General Manager (Contech Properties Inc.) with office address at Block 1, Lot 50, Phase Vii, Sacred Heart Village, Novaliches, Caloocan City, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the implementing standards, rules and regulation of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and P.D. No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.

Ordinance No. SP - 2001, S-2009. An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan with two hundred fifty eight square meters and twenty five square decimeters (258.25), located at Lot 172-B, (LRC) PSD-270020, Sta. Veronica Street, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, a socialized housing project under the community mortgage program, covered by Transfer Certificate of title numbered RT-1311 (241630) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Felino M. Cortez and Anita E. Cortez as applied for by the KAAKBAY (F. Cortez) Homeowner Association, Inc. Phase 2, represented by its President, Ms. Generosa P. Garcia, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP - 2002, S-2009. An Ordinance approving the Subdivision plan with Fifty (50) Lots Community Mortgage Program (CMP) Project, of One Thousand Seven Hundred Nine (1,709) Square Meters Gross Project Area, Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-102618 (377010) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, Registered in the name of Castelo Heights Baluarte Homeowners Association Inc., and located at Baluarte Compound, Holy Cross, Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the Castelo Heights Baluarte Homeowners Association, Inc. Represented by its President, Ma. Corazon Alarcon, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.

Ordinance No. SP - 2003, S-2010. An Ordinance further converting part of the excess/dead-end portion of Road 5 Lot 5, Block PSD-61418 with an area of One Hundred Twenty Three Square Meters and Seventy Square Decimeters (123.70 SQ.M.) located at Taguile Street, Barangay Veterans Village, Quezon City and vocered by Transfer Certificate Title Numbered 262147-A Issued by the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, in the name of Quezon City Government, into residential and to be awarded to the five (5) Qualified occupants therein.

Ordinance No. SP - 2004, S-2010. An Ordinance prohibiting the entry of six (6) wheelers and other heavy trucks along Greenmeadows Avenue, Giraffe Street and Temple Drive, Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City.


Resolutions


Resolutions No. SP- 4835, S-2010. A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. to transfer the Seventeen Million Five Hundred Eighty five Thousand Pesos (P17,585,000.00) fund from the Office of Vice Mayor Herbert M. Bautista and One million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) from the Office of Councilor Allan Butch T. Francisco, with a total amount of Eighteen Million Five Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (P18,585,000.00) and release the said amount to the NGC Eastside Development Project Management Office (NGC-EDPMO) through the National Housing Authority for the survey and reblocking of the National Government Center-Eastside Housing Project.

Resolutions No. SP-4843, S-2010. A resolution granting burial assistance to the family and surviving heirs of the late traffic enforcer Cesar E. Colorado, Department of Public Order and Safety, in the amount of Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) to be charged against the appropriation for grants, subsidies and contributions under the 2010 Annual Budget of the Office of the City Mayor or from any available funds in the City Treasury.

Resolutions No. SP-4844, S-2010. A resolution granting financial assistance to the bereaved family of the later former Kagawad Amando H. Homo, Sr. of Barangay Quirino 2-B, Quezon City, in the amount of Forty Thousand Pesos (P40,000.00) chargeable against the appropriation for grants, subsidies and contributions under the 2010 annual budget of the office of the City Mayor or from any available funds in the City Treasury.

Resolutions No. SP-4845, S-2010. A resolution authorizing the issuance of a special use permit to Liberty Broadcasting Network, Inc. for the construction, installation and operation of a 40 Meter high self supporting tower with Wimax and MW antenna and Sun shelter located at No. 1108 Damsite street, Doña Nicasia, Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City.

Resolutions No. SP-4846, S-2010. A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. to enter into an agreement with Mr. and Mrs. Almarion Lutap for the purchase of a Fifty (50) Square Meters portion of a certain real estate property to serve as sangandaan Senior Citizen Hall technically described as Lot 31-B (LRC) PSD-288046, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-63078 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City located at GSIS Avenue and Grants Street, Barangay Sangandaan, Quezon City.

Resolutions No. SP-4847, S-2010. A resolution urging the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr., to grant financial assistance to the victime of fire that occurred on February 16, 2010 at Phase 3 Block 6, Lupang Pangako, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, Comprising of Seventeen (17) Families/Homeowners at Two thousand pesos (P2,000.00) each family Homeowner and one thousand pesos (1,000.00) each family renter/sharer, the fund to be charged againts the appropriation for grants, subsidies and contributions under the 2010 annual budget of the office of the City Mayor or from any available fund of the City Treasury.

Resolutions No. SP-4848, S-2010. A resolution authorizing the issuance of a special use permit to St. Peter Life Memorial Homes (Luzon), Inc. for the renovation and operation of existing building of three (3) storey seven (7) viewing chapels, "St. Peter Memorial Chapel" located along Commonwealth Avenue near Tandang Sora Avenue, Barangay Matandand Balara, Quezon City.

Resolutions No. SP-4849, S-2010. A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr. to enter into a contract with Continental Concrete Works, Inc. (CCWI)and Virginia C. Ilumin and Remedios B. Sandoval for the purchase of certain real estate properties in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.

Resolutions No. SP-4850, S-2010. A resolution Exempting the San Labrador Homeowners Association, Inc., a socialized housing project (CMP Project) consisting of one thousand five hundred sicty-five (1,565) square meters located at San Labrador, Himlayan Road, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City from the minimum lot requirements for CMP Project, as a variance pursuant to section 9, rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
