A Resolution authorizing the issuance of certificate of exception to Hi-Integra Homes, Inc. for the construction of a four-storey residential building with basement (One carmela Place) located at no. 73 Road 1, Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions and requirements provided for under the provisions of article Vi, Section 4 (traffic Generation) of City Ordinance No. SP-918, S-2000, as amended, otherwise known as the "Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance".
